Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
In this role, you will:
- Analyze business functions to determine operational objectives and evaluate output requirements.
- Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications by studying system capabilities.
- Improve systems by reviewing current practices and designing effective process or system modifications.
- Engage stakeholders using best practice techniques to gather requirements and validate them through acceptance criteria and testing.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, supporting solution development, implementation planning, and RFP processes.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of progressive Business Analyst experience.
- Strong ability to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear deliverables and actionable objectives.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of standard BA documentation practices.
- Professional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities, with initiative and accuracy in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
