We highly value experience, so please apply if you have the equivalent experience in a related field but lack the formal education we prefer. Here is a little more on what we are looking for when it comes to qualifications:

  • Coordinator, Construction Services – Degree in Engineering, college diploma in engineering, applied science or related field.
  • Coordinator, Project Management – College diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with two years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent.

  • Fighter Squadron Facility (FSF) - the Cold Lake facility will host two tactical fighter squadrons and provide space for daily operations, maintenance, administration, mission planning, and simulator training. It will also house operational and support training squadrons and their training facilities. The FSF includes offices, administrative spaces, mission planning rooms, briefing / de-briefing rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, auditorium, specialty training rooms including simulators (SIMS) accommodations and Part-Task Trainers accommodations, hangars, maintenance bay facilities, specialty aircraft maintenance labs, shops and storage, IT offices and server rooms, building support spaces, and common spaces.
  • In relation to the FSF, construction will include nearby airfield pavements, apron and taxiway access lane edge lighting, and apron flood lighting consisting of concrete and asphalt, to go along with extension of underground site services including mechanical, electrical, and IT/IM services to support new buildings.
  • Additional related F-35 Infrastructure construction is anticipated, as well as reconstruction/refurbishment of existing runways and ramps to maintain these Airfield facilities in good repair.

DCC is responsible for the Personnel Security Clearance process . Typically to be eligible for a "Reliability" clearance, you must have five years of verifiable background information and to be eligible for a "Secret" clearance, you must have 10 years of verifiable background information. The process usually involves reference inquiries, verification of qualifications, criminal records checks, and credit checks (as required) and may require fingerprints.
