The Outlet is Tahua Group’s exciting value-focused retail brand, bringing trusted brands to Kiwis at prices they can’t resist. With stores nationwide and growing fast, we’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team.
If you enjoy connecting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team — this could be the role for you.
About the role
As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support stock management and operational tasks
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused store culture
No two days are the same — you’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and an important part of keeping the store running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
