Juniper is hiring three Strategy & Operations Managers to take on mission-critical roles in Partnerships, Launch, and Supply Chain. These positions are built for early-career generalists who want to try a lot of things, work directly with senior leaders, and see the impact of their work in real time. You’ll gain exposure across teams, manage high-stakes projects, and help scale the business to its next level of growth.

About Juniper
Juniper is a crowdfunding and merchandise platform for independent creators. We don’t just run the funding platform (like Kickstarter), we also create the actual products, launch on creator-branded storefronts, and ship to customers. Juniper has enabled creators to crowdfund specialized products like board games and lava lamps, and fund passion projects like animated shows and charitable initiatives. The Roles

Partnerships
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Partnerships, you’ll sit at the intersection of relationship management, sales, and go-to-market. You’ll work closely with Brand Strategy, Product Design, and Launch teams to turn new opportunities into successful creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners through quarterly and roster reviews.
- Support discovery calls, pitch Juniper’s services, and scope opportunities for success.
- Lead early-stage product ideation and go-to-market planning, ensuring seamless handoff to Launch Operations.

Launch
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Launch Operations, you’ll own the execution of our most important launches. This role is all about speed, precision, and coordination - you’ll be the one keeping creators, product, marketing, and ops all rowing in the same direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of creator product launches, from kickoff to post-launch.
- Serve as the main point of contact for mid-sized clients, keeping them confident and aligned.
- Continuously refine Juniper’s launch playbook to drive faster, smoother, and bigger outcomes.

- A launch process that scales with Juniper’s growth and gets sharper every time.
Supply Chain
Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. You’ll work closely with Launch, Product Development, and our China operations teams to keep products moving and inventory flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Shopify back end setup, ensuring every launch goes live flawlessly.
- Coordinate with China teams to ensure products ship on time, while troubleshooting any issues, and communicating updates.
- Track inventory across Juniper stores and 3rd party platforms (e.g., Amazon) to avoid stockouts.
- Build dashboards to give real-time visibility into fulfillment, shipping, and inventory.

- Flawless product setups and launches that run without errors.
- Smooth fulfillment and proactive communication when things get tricky.
- No surprise stockouts, anywhere.
- Dashboards that give Juniper its operational pulse at a glance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (e.g., partnerships, supply chain, or product launches).
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical and data-driven; able to build dashboards, track KPIs, and act on insights
- Business-savvy, curious, and eager to learn how all parts of the business connect.
