Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical advisor to hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions optimally and sustainably.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies through social networks, candidate databases, etc.
- Contribute to building and maintaining your pools of potential candidates, with an in-depth understanding of the Canadian job market.
- Represent iA at networking events to enhance our employer brand awareness and contribute to the development of your network.
- Share best practices with your colleagues in Canada and the United States, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and performance.
- Manage each stage of the recruitment processes with agility, ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a consulting and recruitment role.
- Demonstrated skills in sourcing and a strong interest in this activity.
- Advanced proficiency in French, as you will conduct interviews with French-speaking candidates and managers, and facilitate presentations to internal and external French-speaking partners on a weekly basis.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving context.
- Demonstrated ability to work with performance indicators and thrive in a dynamic environment with a sustained workload.
