We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Great Hours | Competitive Pay | Amazing Team Culture Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at our Queenston office and Wednesdays at Upper James office 7:50am to 5pm
Rate: $22-$27 per hour

What You’ll Do As an Office Coordinator, you’ll ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for while keeping our practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Patients: Greet each patient warmly and create an inviting atmosphere for children and adults alike.
- Scheduling with Care: Manage appointments efficiently and keep the schedule on track.
- Be a Resource: Provide patients and their families with clear, compassionate communication about procedures and next steps.
- Support Our Team: Assist with administrative tasks, dental records, and other duties that help our practice thrive.
