Skills and Responsibilities:

The Environment Release Management Lead will be the single point of contact responsible for defining and implementing the environment strategy across Insurance Solutions.

This role ensures all technology platforms required for delivering projects, enhancements, and production support are aligned and ready for 2026 initiatives.

Develop and implement an enterprise-wide Environment Strategy for Insurance Solutions.

Manage and coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, and maintenance across multiple platforms.

Define and enforce release management processes, including scheduling, approvals, and deployment governance.

Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure environment readiness for projects and production support.

Identify gaps and risks in current environment setup and propose remediation plans.
-
Maintain documentation for environment architecture, release calendars, and compliance standards.
-
Act as the single point of contact for all environment and release-related activities.
