Artists Residence Clerk Building Services

Part-time position - Evenings and weekends We have a place for individuals with a distinct penchant for ensuring the smooth operation of our shows and events, for conceiving remarkable products, for putting their ingenuity at the service of their team, and for contributing to the enhancement of their expertise and the development of exceptional practices. Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group relies on an ever more creative and collaborative approach to work in order to constantly push back the limits of the imagination!

Put your expertise in the spotlight As a professional in the Building Services team, you'll play an important role in welcoming residents and managing requests for artist accommodations for the Cirque du Soleil Group.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on housekeeping and prepare intervention or corrective requests as needed
  • Contribute to resident satisfaction within the framework set by the Administration
  • Handlespontaneousrequestsfromresidents
  • Carry out problem solving to the extent possible
  • Enforce regulationswithresidents
  • Prepare operational requirements for rooms or impromptu stays in conjunction with the Roomsy reservation system,
  • Work in coordination and collaboration with the building services team, as well as other Cirque departments

You Possess The Following Professional And Technical Skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English
  • At least two years of experience in customer service and lodging
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule
  • Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and diverse environments
  • Respect for others and flexibility
  • Integrity
