Range: $27/hr-$29/hr

Do you live and breathe bikes? Do you want to turn your passion for riding into hands-on experience with one of Canada’s most iconic mountain bike brands?

Norco Bicycles is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and stoked to get involved in events, product launches, and day-to-day brand action. You’ll work across our Brand, Sports Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to keep projects moving and bring rider-first experiences to life.

This is a 20-hour per week position, with the potential for additional hours during peak times like Sea Otter or major product launches, bikes don’t stop rolling, and neither do we.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan and coordinate events, demos, and activations, including being on-site when the action happens.

  • Support athlete appearances and shoots with logistics and on-the-ground organization.

  • Keep our content calendar up-to-date so the whole team stays in sync.

  • Assist with retail activations, POP distribution, and dealer-facing materials.

  • Jump in on photo/video shoots to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to make sure assets and materials land on time.

Applicant Should Possess:

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or project support.

  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail - you notice the small things that keep big projects running.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • A genuine passion for mountain biking and the outdoor lifestyle.

Bonus points if you’ve worked on events, shoots, or trade marketing before.
