YOUR IMPACT:
Reporting to the Source to Pay Enablement Program Leader, the S2P Business Analyst and Communication Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Serves as the lead content coordinator for the intranet platform for Source to Pay functions. Our process analyst is responsible for the development of communication plans, working with various project teams to send out communication to vendors and internal stakeholders. This person collaborates with internal stakeholders across the organization to support cross-functional messaging and build cohesion through storytelling, events, and communication and training campaigns.
Acts as a point of contact for feedback and continuous improvement optimizing tools, practices, and supports M/Divesture projects. This role is a starting point in program management, this individual will be exposed to and expected to coordinate and support segments of a larger program.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Internal Communications
- Coordinating with corporate communication to develop and deliver clear, engaging internal communications that drive awareness.
- Serves as the lead content coordinator for intranet platform and external supplier facing web page.
Vendor Coordination, Project Coordination and Reporting
- Provides day-to-day support and coordination to S2P enablement and reporting teams.
- Proactively manage changes, ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative team environment and provide support to team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with intranet platforms and email publishing tools
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
- College/University BA, Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
Skills and Experience:
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Experience in communications planning and execution is a bonus.
- Professional and collaborative, with strong people skills and confidence to effectively engage and build rapport with individuals at all levels.
- 2 years of relevant experience in communications, ideally with exposure in a global centralized model
- Elevated level of initiative and critical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and concurrent project activities, meet deadlines, and manage change is essential.
