About the role
Position :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Branch Replenishment Representative to join our Branch Operations team. In this role, you will manage Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations, ensuring stock levels meet demand and providing outstanding service to support client satisfaction. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday ( Full-time 40hours)
- Monday morning fly on site - Tuesday morning fly back to branch
- Tuesday afternoon - Friday work at branch
- Overnight travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers with their needs.
- Support the Branch Manager in managing assigned customer accounts and maintaining client relationships.
- Conduct on-site visits to take orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries with quotes and order confirmations.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage product returns and restock unsold or returned items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter and pick-up area.
- Adhere to health and safety policies, maintain a safe work environment, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Comfortable using copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Strong verbal and written communication; attentive listening and clear information delivery.
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented, responsive, and courteous.
- Familiarity with ERP and POS systems is an asset.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Valid Driver’s License.
