The Product Owner, Digital Growth & Engagement is accountable for the strategic ownership, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a core digital engagement platform. This role ensures Marketing Cloud is effectively connected to Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems, enabling data driven, personalized, and scalable customer journeys across channels such as email, SMS, and other digital touchpoints to drive qualified lead generation, member acquisition, and revenue growth.
What You'll be Doing:

Product & Platform Ownership
- Own the vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Act as the primary business owner for Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- Balance foundational platform stability with the delivery of growth, driving use cases such as personalization, lifecycle engagement, and cross-sell.

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Own the measurement framework for digital engagement, including performance, conversion, and lifecycle metrics.
- Leverage SQL based analysis, reporting, and experimentation to inform optimization and roadmap decisions.
- Use insights to continuously refine journeys, automation, and platform capabilities.
What you Bring:

Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with deep expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Intelligence Reports, and SFMC APIs.
- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript
- Strong product management background with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both business and IT stakeholders
- Proven ability to design data architecture, configure platforms, and support complex automated campaigns.
- Experience leading or collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud Connect for real-time data integration.
- Skilled in applying Einstein AI to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred
- Experience with AI‑driven marketing or personalization platforms.
- Background in financial services or other regulated, enterprise environments.
- Marketing Cloud certification.
- Experience scaling multi‑channel marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, solution design, relational databases, data management, and segmentation.
- Experience guiding customer‑facing discussions and working with Adobe AEP.
