About the role
Job Title: Organizational Change Manager - Senior
Duration: 12 Months Location: Onsite
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Communications, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 4 years of experience applying change management methodologies and principles. Minimum 4 years of experience in consultation, facilitation, relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering executive-level communications and presentations. Minimum 5 years of experience creating change strategies, communication plans, training plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and change management deliverables. Minimum 5 years of experience developing readiness programs, training initiatives, or stakeholder engagement activities. Minimum 4 years of ERP change management experience, including Finance, HCM/Payroll, or Supply Chain Management systems. Change Management Certification such as Prosci, APMG, CMI, or equivalent required. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or NotebookLM to support organizational change initiatives. Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience with digital adoption platforms and adoption analytics. Experience working within Government of Alberta environments or similar public sector organizations. Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project sponsors, program managers, vendors, operational teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful change initiatives. Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and resistance management plans. Conduct stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, gap analysis, and business readiness assessments. Develop communication materials and deliver presentations to executives, management, and project teams. Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Identify and manage change-related risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Monitor change adoption, measure success metrics, and report project progress. Support implementation and sustainable adoption of enterprise technology solutions. Provide guidance on change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Leverage digital collaboration and AI-enabled tools to support change analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Create engaging communication content that supports organizational change and end-user adoption.
