As the Marketing Project Manager for the Justin Havre Real Estate Team, you are stepping into the engine room of the top-performing real estate team in Canada. We are looking for a Pilot—someone who can take the high-level vision of our leadership and translate it into market-dominating execution.
This isn’t a role for a spectator. You will lead our marketing operations across the eXp Realty ecosystem, ensuring our brand remains the gold standard in Canadian real estate.
The "Run With It" Factor
At our level, speed and autonomy are everything. You will take high-level direction from Justin and the leadership team, internalize the objective, and run with it. We don't micro-manage; we expect you to own the "how," navigate roadblocks independently, and bring finished, high-performing campaigns to the finish line with precision.
Your Primary Flight Plan
- Campaign Command: Lead the end-to-end creative workflow—from high-conversion lead funnels to national brand campaigns—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our #1 status.
- Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize direct response campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and sophisticated email sequences to maintain our massive lead flow.
- The HubSpot Hub: Act as the architect of our HubSpot environment, managing complex automation and database segmentation to boost conversion rates.
- AI & Automation Innovation: Proactively build AI agents and automated workflows to keep our team at the cutting edge of real estate technology.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use Google Analytics and CRM data to provide real-time reporting on ROI, pivoting strategies instantly to capture market shifts.
- Team Synergy: Act as the central liaison between our creative talent and strategic leadership, ensuring total brand consistency.

- Project Management: Expert-level use of PM software (Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) to keep a high-volume team in sync.
- Direct Response Mastery: Proven track record in performance marketing, funnel architecture, and high-conversion copywriting.
- Execution: A history of taking a project from a simple concept to a successful, trackable launch.
