Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing sales transactions, coordinating between producers and consumers, and maintaining accurate sales records. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with online orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting marketing efforts and contributing to sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Transaction Processing experience
  • Experience with Online Order Management
  • Strong Organizational and Record-Keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales strategies is beneficial
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in the fresh produce market is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous
