This Position reports to:
National Pricing Supervisor
The Pricing Administrator is responsible for supporting the pricing team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information, coordinating pricing activities, and ensuring pricing compliance. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to gather and analyze pricing data, assist in the development of pricing strategies, and provide administrative support to the pricing function. The Pricing Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that the company's pricing processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
This role is contributing to the Electrification, Installation Products division in Saint-Laurent or Iberville.
The work model for the role is hybrid, with 2 days at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect pricing data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to gather inputs for pricing decisions.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, competitive pricing, and customer insights to support pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, price lists, and other pricing-related documents.
- Support the pricing team in preparing and updating quotes, bids, and proposals for customers.
- Monitor pricing compliance and assist in implementing pricing policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for pricing-related tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing decisions and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related experience.
- Proven experience in pricing, finance, or a related area is preferred.
- Bilingual French-English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data to make pricing recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and pricing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of pricing concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The Pricing Administrator should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support the company's pricing objectives and strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
