This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent. This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment. Key responsibilities of the position include: Support approvers in the analysis of credit files; Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files; Responding to customer calls and emails; Data entry of customer files; Credit adjudication (training provided); Providing superior professional service to valued clients. Position Benefits: Growing company Positive environment with 12pm to 8pm shift In office work model with one day per week at home optional The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Fluent in both English and French – proficiency assessment will be required Great Customer service experience Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker Positive individual with very good attention to detail Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Punctual, professional and reliable.
