Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Supporting management and coordination of tooling and equipment demand of an aircraft engine maintenance facility
  • Advising, coordinating and supervising construction areas and project participants (internally and externally)
  • Planning and supporting the design of an aircraft engine maintenance facility, considering optimal shop layout and facility planning and integration management of respective machinery
  • Validating tooling and equipment demands, matching them with building requirements and ensuring compliance with local safety standards and regulations
  • Coordinating interfaces, ensuring that critical milestones are met and identifying risks and respective mitigation measures
  • All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements The ideal Expert Infrastructure, Tooling and Equipment must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Degree in the field of industrial or electrical engineering, facility management or engineering
  • 3 years of experience in comparable areas of responsibility
  • Experience in the field of tooling and equipment or property management, preferably in the aviation sector
  • Experience in managing service providers, contractors and maintenance teams
  • Experience managing projects related to tooling and equipment and/ or facility management
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and applicable standards and regulations (HSE)
  • Professional certifications in the facility management sector desirable
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
  • CV/Resume required
