Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our sales and marketing team as the Aftermarket Product and Service Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor our Inside Product Support Representatives, providing daily coaching and guidance to drive performance and engagement. You’ll be responsible for spearheading growth and profitability across our parts, service, and equipment divisions, while fostering strong customer relationships and a high-performing team culture. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact through visionary leadership and a commitment to excellence in customer support.

Earning potential of $200,000-225,000 which includes salary plus bonus.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force through strategic management.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Foster close and productive relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Excellence: Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of competitive intelligence, product updates, and health and safety information.
  • Team Development: Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies leveraging SalesLink technology.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
