Role Description This full-time, on-site Laundry / Guest Attendant Night role is based at Manoir Émery in Montreal, QC. The Laundry / Guest Attendant Night is responsible for operating washers and dryers, sorting and processing linens, towels, and guest laundry, and ensuring all items are cleaned, dried, folded, and stored according to hotel standards. The role includes monitoring laundry supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs, and keeping the laundry area clean and organized. In addition, the attendant supports overnight guest needs, responds to requests, provides basic information about the hotel, and helps maintain a quiet, secure environment during night hours. The position involves working independently, following safety and hygiene procedures, and collaborating with daytime staff to support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Laundry and Laundry Services, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and handling linens and guest items with care. Candidates should possess skills in operating and monitoring Dryers and related laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist guests, respond to requests, and interact professionally with team members. Reliability and the ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, time management, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards in a hospitality environment. Previous experience in hotel laundry, housekeeping, or guest services is an asset but not required. Basic proficiency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial in the Montreal context.
