Kids & Company, an award-winning child care provider, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support parents and families in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
We’re looking for a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our Richmond Hill team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting new families for quality assurance and feedback
- Following up on centre tours and sending registration information
- Responding to parent questions and concerns via phone and email
- Compiling weekly reports from multiple centres
- Managing registration emails and new centre enrollments
- Representing Kids & Company at baby shows and events
- Coordinating giveaways and following up with contest winners
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and professional customer service approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in Early Childhood Education is an asset
- Team player who can support senior managers with various projects
