About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative supporting Ottawa & Quebec, you’ll be responsible for growing business within your territory by building relationships, managing accounts, and providing safety solutions to customers in Montreal and surrounding areas. This role combines prospecting, account management, and hands-on customer support to help drive revenue and strengthen Levitt-Safety’s presence in the region.
You’ll work closely with the Eastern Canada Sales Manager and collaborate with internal teams such as Inside Sales, Customer Service, Product Managers, and Service teams to ensure customers receive the best solutions and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory in Quebec.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Work with Inside Sales and Customer Service to support quoting, order follow-up, and customer needs.
- Use Salesforce to track activities, opportunities, and account information.
- Participate in customer visits, demos, industry events, and product training.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver complete safety solutions.
- Represent Levitt-Safety professionally and support our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Experience in field sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and work independently.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce an asset).
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of safety products, industrial sales, or technical products is a bonus.
- A customer-focused mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to effectively meet the needs of our Francophone and Anglophone customers, with a priority on serving our French-speaking clientele in compliance with Quebec’s Charter of the French Language. This bilingual requirement also ensures our team can access and understand technical information in English provided by our national and international manufacturers and suppliers. These skills enable us to deliver precise, high-quality service to all partners and uphold our commitment to excellence.
