Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $250,000 to $500,000 Physician Overhead $7000 flat rate per month Billing Split N/A
Benefits and Incentives
Vacation Leave unpaid vacation Other Benefits/Incentives Optional Group Insurance Plan Patient Panel: Longitudinal family practice care (OB/maternity/LTC and home visits optional) Every physician is responsible to arrange coverage for their practice when away (Ideally we use locums to cover absences; if unable to find a locum, we arrange a colleague to cover urgent tasks/LTC pts etc while away)
