Your Responsibilities
Issue direct and indirect purchase orders based on demand, purchasing master data, and purchase requisitions Drive supplier on-time delivery by actively following up on open purchase orders and resolving shortages or delays Maintain and update purchasing master data and provide rolling forecasts to selected suppliers based on agreements Support supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and supplier-managed inventory programs Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support manufacturing needs, new product introductions, engineering changes, and resolution of procurement issues
Your Qualifications
3–5 years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with SAP and materials planning systems (MRP or related software preferred) Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred Proven experience in procurement, supply chain operations, and negotiating pricing and purchasing agreements Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with high attention to detail
