- Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Governance, Reporting & Executive Communication
- Critical Incident & Major Release Coordination
- Lab Operations & Infrastructure Support

- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills Preferred Experience
- 8+ years in Environment Management, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Support
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Performance, and Shared Lower Environments
- Experience working with QA, Development, Release, SRE, Middleware, Database, and Infrastructure Teams
- Experience leading critical incidents, release readiness, and stakeholder governance activities "
