Job Title: Operations Support Administrator# 1009353 Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Summary of the Role The successful candidate will support daily operational activities by processing high volumes of work while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls. The individual will perform data entry, administrative processing, and communicate effectively with internal partners and external solicitors while maintaining accuracy, quality, and reliability.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities · Manage daily work volumes while meeting established service timelines and productivity targets. · Perform accurate data entry and administrative processing activities. · Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure quality control throughout all assigned tasks. · Exercise sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues when required. · Adhere to established policies, procedures, and operational risk controls. · Communicate effectively with internal partners, external solicitors, and team members. · Support daily operational activities while maintaining attendance and reliability. · Utilize basic computer applications and MS Office tools to complete assigned work efficiently. · Contribute to achieving quality, productivity, and SLA objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications · Post-secondary education. · 3–5 years of overall professional experience. · Data entry experience. · Basic computer skills. · Basic MS Office skills, including Word and Excel. · Strong communication skills. · Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes. · Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities. · Strong attention to detail. · Ability to follow policies, procedures, and risk controls. · Good judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately. · Reliable attendance and ability to consistently meet service expectations.
Preferred Qualifications · Previous banking experience. · Credit experience. · Bilingual language skills.
