In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre-assembling and welding parts according to drawings and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Pre-assemble and prepare parts for welding
- Perform TIG/MIG welding and verify weld quality
- Complete work orders and label finished parts
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe work area
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Welder/Fitter diploma
- 1–3 years of welding experience preferred — we also welcome candidates straight out of school and are open to internships
- TIG welding experience is required
- Ability to read technical drawings and do basic calculations
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Team player with good organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Bilingualism in English and French (Intermediate level of English is required).
👉 A quick on-site TIG welding test will be required prior to hire.
