About the role

The Client Services Analyst provides analytical and operational support for concierge client programs.

This role is responsible for preparing client reports, analyzing program data, assisting with new client setups and onboarding activities, and helping coordinate program campaigns.

The position offers an opportunity to develop reporting, client services, and cross-functional collaboration skills while helping ensure programs run efficiently and meet client goals.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain client reporting, analyze performance trends and service metrics to identify insights and areas for improvement

Track key program metrics and ensure data accuracy across client and internal reports

Develop input for Quarterly Business Reviews and other client or internal reviews

Support new client onboarding by assisting with data setup, documentation, and cross-functional coordination

Assist with client program marketing campaigns

Provide day-to-day support for client program delivery, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and assisting with issue resolution

Contribute to process improvements in reporting, onboarding, and operational workflows

Coordinate with internal teams (Service Delivery, Marketing, Digital, and others) to support client initiatives and program execution

Required Skills And Knowledge Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities

Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is an asset

Conversant with baseline Microsoft Office platform software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable collaborating across client services, digital, operational, and marketing teams

Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of premium or high-touch service environments

Experience and passion with hospitality, travel, or member services

Experience with CRM or service management systems is a plus

Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.

Ability to work in cross-functional environment. Adaptable, agile minded with strong networking skills.

Required Work Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in client services, reporting or operations

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Required Languages English

Travel / Schedule / Rotation Requirements Limited travel required. Up to 5% travel at key points in time.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions.

Reliable high-speed uninterrupted internet connection meeting minimum company standards.

Clear, polished and professional verbal & written communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
