We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of IT and software projects across the full end‑to‑end project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and cross‑functional delivery teams, this role helps coordinate Agile ceremonies, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in Agile environments, exposure to AI‑enabled or data‑driven solutions, and a strong understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of IT and software projects, from initiation through deployment and post‑implementation support.
  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, status tracking, risk and issue management.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and status reports.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Agile & Scrum Support

  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support backlog management activities by tracking user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint commitments.
  • Monitor sprint progress and assist with reporting on velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Act as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, developers, QA, data teams, and vendors.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or dependency issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
  • Support communication across multiple teams and workstreams.

AI & Technology Initiatives

  • Support projects involving AI, automation, analytics, or data platforms (e.g., AI‑assisted reporting, RPA, machine learning use cases).
  • Assist with documentation and coordination of AI requirements, data dependencies, and validation activities.
  • Help track AI model lifecycle activities such as testing, validation, deployment coordination, and post‑launch monitoring (as applicable).

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure project artifacts follow organizational standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within IT or software delivery environments.

  • Hands‑on experience supporting end‑to‑end project lifecycle delivery.

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, data, or analytics projects (hands‑on or exposure).

  • Proficiency with project and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience supporting AI, RPA, or data‑driven initiatives.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms, analytics tools, or AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

  • Experience in regulated or financial services environments.
