Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis
About the role
Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1,400 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.
The Advisor, FP&A will report to FP&A Canada Lead and will be the key business partner to our leadership team and support the company’s management reporting efforts as well as budgeting and forecasting processes for Canada.
This role will be highly visible to senior leadership and play a vital role in helping to guide strategic decisions made by the enterprise. This is hybrid role reporting twice a week at our Vaughan head office.

Your Contributions to the Organization:
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide key insights to leadership on regional trends / forward looking expectations
- Support the Canada regional annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycle
- Prepare month-end report packages, analyze the results, and provide commentary
- Support cross functional teams (i.e., Pricing, Customer Care) in reconciliation of credit/rebill and provide recommendations for accruals to the Accounting team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development
- Complete ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting product and service-based organizations (5+ years)
- CPA designation is preferred with 3+ years of post-designation experience in industry
- A keen interest and passion for the healthcare sector
- 5+ years’ experience as a business partner
- Hands on experience with SAP, Tableau experience is an asset
- Industry and market knowledge - Learning the external environment in which the business operates (i.e. competitors, emerging trends, products, threats and opportunities)
- Continuous improvement mindset – strong project management skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience supporting business unit leaders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail with the ability to interact
- Advance level proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with business data warehouses

Anticipated pay range:$80,100 - $106,700
