💼 About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-studio marketing team in Kelowna. This role is perfect for a designer who is passionate about both digital and print design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
You will be responsible for designing everything from event collateral and social media graphics to landing pages and long-form PDFs — all while ensuring that our brand standards are met and every deliverable looks polished and professional.

- Long-Form PDFs: Design workbooks, worksheets, and program guides in Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual appeal.
- Landing Pages: Build visually engaging and high-converting landing pages in HubSpot that align with our branding and messaging.
- Ad & Website Graphics: Design graphics for digital ads and internal web updates to improve engagement and user experience.
- Blog & Social Media Imagery: Create high-quality blog thumbnails and social content that drive clicks, shares, and engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized asset library for quick turnaround times.
🧠 What You Bring
Required:
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in both digital and print formats.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), HubSpot, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Experience designing for social media and landing pages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in media, marketing, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics (CTR, engagement, A/B testing) into design decisions.
💡 You're a Great Fit If You…
- Take pride in creating designs that not only look great but drive measurable results
- Obsess over details like alignment, spacing, and font choice until they’re perfect
- Can jump between quick-turnaround tasks and deep, conceptual design projects without missing a beat

- Are hungry for more than a job, you want a mission
