The Role
The department of Business and Office Administration requires part time sessional instructor from August 15 - December 31, 2025 to teach in the area of Legal Relations.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Masters Degree in a related field. Teaching and research experience at the post-secondary level is an asset. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:

Candidates must have a Master' Degree in a related field and demonstrated success in instruction and course development at post-secondary level.

Candidates must be able to apply different instructional strategies to meet the needs of students with different learning styles.

Knowledge of Northwestern Polytechnic courses and current educational technologies commonly found in classrooms (e.g., videoconferencing, D2L) are desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

An entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities.

Highly qualified faculty, who seek to continuously improve instruction and meet the need of learners.

Willingness to work with and support the Teaching & Learning Centre.

Student Focused.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

A high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
