About the role
We are looking for a Lomography Representative to operate and develop new business opportunities in Canada, nurturing our existing wholesale accounts, create unique contents, community events, and marketing projects, as well as building excellent relationships with our business, media, and creative partners.
ABOUT US
As a globally active brand and organization dedicated to experimental and creative analogue photography and filmmaking, we develop and market Lomography-branded analogue photo cameras, film, photo and movie lenses, and accessories. We distribute our products via the international Lomography websites and our retail network, including photo, design, museum, department and lifestyle stores.
####Responsibilities:
Wholesale
- Create new wholesale accounts in Canada from research, contact, negotiation, contract and first order.
- Management of the existing accounts including but not limited to regular communication, meetings and store visits to ensure constant orders, sales growth, excellent product displays and sell-through.
- Collaborate with our design team to create retail presentations of Lomography at our partners’ retail stores.
- Regular analysis and forecast of the market and sales performance of our accounts.
- Execute international sales and product strategies in the local market.
- Develop corporate partners and new customisation projects through collaboration and partnership with the local brands, agencies and companies.
- Local liaison for the local sales operation including sales training, after sales services, logistics or other order related topics.
Marketing

Develop new marketing cooperation projects with the local media partners, influencers, artists/photographers, companies and brands in Taiwan.

Local liaison for public relations with the local partners and press. Maintain and develop new press contacts and send out press releases during campaigns and new launches.

Management and development of our social media accounts in Taiwan.

Development and engagement with the local Lomography community through regular activities, events and workshops.

Localise and create local contents for the online magazine, campaigns, social media, and newsletters for Taiwan.

Assist in photo shoots from the local scenes for the international or regional campaigns.

Assist the online team in the day-to-day online business and marketing activities

Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred

Preferably 2-3 years working experience

Good knowledge of photography and/or Lomography products

Motivated, self-driven personality

Interest for all things creative, outgoing and communicative

Proficiency with MS Office, experience with Adobe suite is a plus
