About the role
As an expert, you will bring real technical added value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Advanced Modeling: Design, test, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning / Deep Learning models to address clients’ strategic challenges. Data Valorization: Explore, clean, and structure large and complex datasets (Big Data) to extract actionable insights. MLOps: Collaborate with Data Engineers to automate, monitor, and deploy models into production in a robust and reliable manner. Advisory & Consulting: Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, simplify complex AI concepts, and drive the adoption of a data-driven culture. Quality & Compliance: Ensure the quality, security, and compliance of developed models.

Profile:
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience in Data Science, ideally in an industrial environment. Programming Languages & Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and standard libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. SQL Proficiency: Excellent ability to query both relational and non-relational databases. Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Strong experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI (or Tableau, or Kibana), to design dashboards and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for decision-makers. Cloud & Big Data Environment: Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake. MLOps: Good knowledge of version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and model tracking tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). Analytical Mindset & Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into mathematical/statistical problems and present results to non-technical teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience MSc and/or PhD (an asset)
