Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Penticton BC. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the external sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure accurate product information, availability, and timely delivery. Daily activities also include maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Demonstrated focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a professional and solution-oriented approach. Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to grow and sustain customer relationships. Knowledge of industrial products such as fasteners, tools, and safety gear is an asset. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Ability to work on-site in Penticton, BC, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in construction supply, industrial distribution, or a related field is preferred.
