We are seeking experienced professionals to support prospective clients who have expressed interest in our educational programs. This remote independent contractor opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in sales, customer service, consulting, account management, or other client-facing roles. Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries and scheduled follow-up appointments Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients Provide information about available education and professional development programs Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process using established systems Maintain accurate records and professional communication Utilize CRM platforms, Zoom, email, and other digital business tools Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, consulting, leadership, account management, business development, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient with or open to learning digital communication tools Fluent in English What We Offer Flexible remote work structure Comprehensive onboarding and training Access to established systems and business tools Ongoing mentorship and professional development Collaborative and supportive team environment Compensation
