Primary Duties
- Food Preparation: Organize, prepare, and portion nutritious meals and snacks for students, adhering to dietary guidelines and program standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food supplies, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations and placing orders as needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized environment, following food safety regulations and hygiene standards. A Food Safety Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Collaboration with Staff: Assist in coordinating the daily meal schedules with school administration and other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the program.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meal distribution, including any special dietary needs or allergies.
Technical Skills Required
- Kitchen and cooking experience.
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred).
