About The Team You Are Joining The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Audit Administration, you will be supporting the IOSA Team.
What Your Day Would Be Like Maintain day-to-day communication with program stakeholders such as auditors, airlines and other stakeholders, external and internal;
Assist in the auditor selection and recruitment process;
Assist in the planning of training sessions and support record keeping of qualifications;
Support with IT platforms, e.g. troubleshooting and onboarding activities
Support with the auditor record keeping and currency status updates
Assist in the preparation of ah-doc reports/documents.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- University Degree (completed less than 12 months ago);
- Ability to multitask and work with high level of accuracy;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, understanding of Power BI;
- Excellent communications skills in English.
