As a Mining Product Support Representative, you’ll increase Finning’s parts and service market share by developing profitable product support solutions. You’ll monitor trends, resolve equipment issues, and provide accurate forecasts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Conduct undercarriage measurements and manage CSA agreements.
  • Monitor trends, analyze data, and provide quality reporting to resolve equipment and product issues.
  • Implement Product Improvement Programs (PIP) and coordinate warranty or policy claims.
  • Prepare accurate equipment and service forecasts, including component forecasting, pricing, and estimates.
  • Maintain detailed call reports and customer information to support strategic planning.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Perform site visits and undercarriage inspections.
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Mentor and support Product Support Sales Representatives and Customer Sales Support interns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience managing whole accounts.
  • Automotive or heavy equipment experience, or proven mechanical knowledge.
  • Strong parts and service background with business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adhere to safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment.

Important:

  • Based out of our Fort McKay location in Fort McMurray.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Monday–Friday, 5x2 schedule.
