As a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Consulting practice at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyze client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements. For this role, we are looking to grow our team focused on the Insurance sector (P&C, Life, Group Benefits / Retirement, Wealth Management) which includes working with insurance carriers, distributors, and partners.

work

with a dedicated group

of problem solvers, helping to

design

solutions

for complex

business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Understand the client’s business and technology strategy and operations through research, interviews, formulating and testing hypotheses

  • Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights

  • Deliver client projects on time and within budget exceeding client expectations through outstanding team performance and stakeholder management

  • Work directly with clients to integrate People, Process and Technology (Data) components into meaningful,

    value-added

    solutions

  • Build and

    maintain

    effective,

    trusting

    and collaborative client relationships at multiple levels

  • Collaborate with team members at various levels to lead and develop compelling client proposals, white paper

  • Experience designing target

    models, assessing business capabilities, and building business cases considered

    xperience within Technology and Data strategy and transformation

    activities

    including familiarity

    Technology Architecture,

    utomation, Data

    management

  • Familiarity with technology concepts including architecture (

    e.g.

    business, technical, logical, data), data strategy, governance and management, systems/applications (

    e.g.

    trade booking, investment book of record, collateral management, risk management)
