<div> <strong>Electrical Engineer</strong> <strong>Introduction</strong> <p>Hello, I?m Simon from FED Manutech, specializing in both temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles. <br> <br>We are experts and speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Your Role <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a global leader in complete HVAC-R systems - Permanent position 37.5 hours/week <br> <br>Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be involved in the complete development cycle of electrical and automation systems for HVAC-R equipment designed for the maritime industry. <br> <br>Your main responsibilities will include: <br> <br>-Design and develop control panels using AutoCAD Electrical and create the necessary electrical schematics for manufacturing. <br>-Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to ensure optimal system performance. <br>-Contribute to project planning, assess the required engineering time, and anticipate technical needs. <br>-Test and troubleshoot electrical and control equipment during factory testing and commissioning phases onboard vessels. <br>-Perform on-site commissioning of systems, ensuring the proper installation and calibration of sensors and electrical components. <br>-Provide technical support to field teams during system startup and fine-tuning. <br>-Update and optimize electrical plans based on design or commissioning changes. <br>-Analyze and interpret control sequences to ensure the coherence and efficiency of automated systems. <br>-Propose innovative solutions to optimize wiring and reduce installation costs. <br>-Occasional travel required for commissioning and supporting shipyards.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your Professional Skills <br> <br>-Autonomous and meticulous <br>-Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering <br>-Hands-on approach and troubleshooting skills <br> <br>We are looking for a proactive individual, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing valuable expertise to production and commissioning teams. <br> <br>Your Profile <br> <br>-3 to 5 years of experience in electrical system design and integration, ideally within the maritime or industrial sectors <br>-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering <br>-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming software (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalents) <br>-Bilingual french/english <br> <br>The use of English and French is required in this position for the following reasons: <br>? Communication with international clients <br>? Collaboration with English-speaking partners: <br>?
