As Mallard Cottage enters its next chapter, we are assembling a team of experienced cooks who understand that consistency is the result of care, focus, and high standards applied every day.

The Role

As part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for executing dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

You Will

Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at your station Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service Follow systems, recipes, and standards with accuracy Support a disciplined and respectful kitchen environment

Who You Are

You are an experienced cook who understands the fundamentals and takes them seriously.

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen

Are confident in your technique and committed to continual improvement Work clean, organized, and with attention to detail Stay composed and focused under pressure Value being part of a strong, reliable team
