We are currently seeking an Entry-Level File Clerk to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring efficient document management processes. You will be involved in handling a wide range of files related to photography projects, client information, and administrative documents.

Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and digital files in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible.

Assist in the retrieval of files as requested by team members or clients.

Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain file information.

Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage and retrieval.

Monitor and manage file security and confidentiality protocols.

Assist in file purging and archiving activities as needed.
