Job Description We’re looking for a Manager of Human Resources Business Partner – Field to join our team and drive impactful HR strategies across our regional operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals, influence organizational efficiency, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and connector between the business and HR functions, using data-driven insights to shape workforce planning and leadership development. What You’ll Do
- Build strong partnerships across the field and HR functions to deliver strategic, valuable support to regional leaders and associates that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Shape and influence business strategy by identifying and encouraging organizational capabilities, structures, and behaviors that enhance performance and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to design and implement forward-thinking human capital strategies that address both immediate and long-term talent needs.
- Act as a key liaison between the business and HR teams—including COEs, Shared Services, and Global HR—to ensure flawless integration of HR initiatives.
- Champion a culture of leadership, coaching, and accountability by fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment that supports innovation and continuous learning.
About You
- You bring 8 -10 years of dynamic HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a field or multi-site environment, with a proven track record to support and influence senior leadership.
- You hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset.
- You bring deep expertise across multiple HR fields, including talent and workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and employment legislation.
- You are a strategic advisor with strong business acuity and guiding capabilities, able to influence and collaborate optimally with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
- You excel in data-informed decision-making, problem-solving, and coaching, with a passion for cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams and organizational cultures.
- You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to lead ambitious priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating HR systems and analytics tools to support pivotal initiatives.
- You are open to travel as needed and are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and collaborative workplace through shared responsibility.

Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
