We are currently seeking a Full-TimeWAREHOUSE & PRODUCTION ASSISTANTto support the initiatives of our warehouse and production teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

This is a shared time position, where the candidate would spend defined time within both departments each day, and provide extended coverage as required during employee leaves.

The candidate will rely on experience and demonstrate sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Under the supervision of Level II staff, and reporting to the Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse & Production Assistant include, but are not limited to the following:

• Utilization of RF Gun to locate, pick and verify outgoing orders.

• Operation of metering stations to confirm, pack and process shipments.

• Ability to locate and place incoming product shipments accurately and quickly in identified bin locations utilizing an RF Gun.

• Updating of Factory Dashboard and Regrind Order Log.

• Picking, labeling and packaging of completed production and coating orders.

• Observance of proper packaging techniques with an emphasis on presentation.

• Awareness of requirement dates and the capability to prioritize.

• Ability to refer to and follow noted special instructions.

• Assistance with coating order preparation and logistics.

• Inventory counting.

• General cleanliness, organization and housekeeping.

• Adherence to company procedures and JQA requirements.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; or one year warehouse experience

• Zero to 6 months experience in a related field.

• Knowledge of PC, Microsoft office products a plus.
