Job Description: We’re hiring 4 entry-level and 2 experienced Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing door-to-door team across Alberta.
This is a high-energy, outdoor sales role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for motivated individuals who want to make serious money over the summer while building real-world sales skills.
What You’ll Get: Commission + base pay structure Most students earn $32,000+ in our 4 month summer program as a rookie Performance bonuses & incentives Hands-on sales training (no experience needed for entry-level roles) Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Travel blitzes across Alberta and BC
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday Full-time (summer-focused, with potential to continue long-term) In Field - In person in Calgary and surrounding areas
What You’ll Do: Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach Educate customers on solar energy benefits Set appointments and close deals (depending on experience level) Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills Positive attitude and coachability Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people
Bonus (for experienced hires): Previous sales or door-to-door experience Proven track record of hitting targets
