JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, keeping things organized, improving processes, and supporting a dynamic HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and initiating background checks
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Update employee information in the HR information system and internal databases
• Create, track and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and metrics
• Assist with process improvements to increase organization and efficiency across HR workflows
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee files, policies, and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in HR or administrative support
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
• Experience with HR and/or applicant tracking systems
• Recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication (French and English)
