About the role

A career as an Associate with the Entourage Advisory Group, part of the Wealth Management at National Bank, will give you the opportunity to show your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Your job:

Provide administrative support to the team to ensure superior customer service, in person, over the phone, and by email

Coordinate the schedules of wealth management advisors

Prepare the required documentation ahead of scheduled meetings

Follow up with clients before and after meetings

Ensure accurate processing of regulatory updates and follow up on any missing documentation

Support marketing and business development activities, including coordinating client communications, events, and campaigns

Participate in various team projects and demonstrate leadership

Show initiative by contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and existing work methods

Ensure compliance with regulations, risk management practices, and internal policies Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.

Prerequisites:

College diploma completed in a field related to the industry

Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ease with technological tools

Knowledge of the Bookings software is an asset

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities #INDGP
