Landmark Club Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction project manager to lead and oversee land development projects and beyond, reporting to Vice President of the company.

How you will contribute: • Coordinating with engineers and architects to plan, organize and direct the construction projects according to the project goals; • Preparing and submitting budget estimates; • Negotiating and preparing contracts, making necessary changes and revisions as required with architects, consultants, suppliers and contractors; • Organizing necessary personnel and contractors, assigning duties and supervise their performances; • Preparing project schedules and milestones, allocating resources logistics to ensure its progress; • Supervising the purchase of building materials and other supplies to ensure budget control; • Establishing, implementing and monitoring quality control programs; • Preparing status schedules and reports to senior management; • Supervising the obtaining of necessary building permits and licenses for the projects to ensure the projects meet the government code regulations

What you bring to the table: • Ten or more years of commensurate leadership experience in construction project management; • Working knowledge of architectural and land development concepts; • Applicable analytical, organizational and capital project management skills; • Management of complex capital projects required; • A good and effective communicator and a motivated team leader; • Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, with flexible hours including nights and weekends; • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
