The Mission

Our Select Tier clients and group travel programs rely on confident, relationship-driven professionals who can guide decisions, answer questions in real time, and ensure seamless execution across a global team. This role is a critical client-facing position, serving as a trusted point of contact during high-volume and high-touch service hours.

The Role

The Luxury Travel Client Services Executive is a senior, client-facing account role responsible for handling inbound calls, managing active client conversations, supporting group travel inquiries, and coordinating work across Savanti’s advisory and overnight execution teams. You will build rapport quickly, provide clear guidance, identify opportunities, and ensure every client interaction reflects Savanti’s standards of care and precision. This is not an entry-level role and requires prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch client service.

What You’ll Own

Client Service & Relationship Management

● Serve as the primary point of contact for Select Tier members and group travel clients during assigned service hours

● Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

● Build trust quickly and guide clients through travel-related questions and decisions

● Maintain and deepen ongoing client relationships through proactive follow-up

Advisory, Sales & Presentations

● Confidently discuss destinations, routing, accommodations, and group logistics

● Present travel options clearly and persuasively—both verbally and in writing

● Identify opportunities to enhance trips, expand scope, and support group travel needs

● Assist with proposals, presentations, and planning materials as needed

Execution & Team Coordination

● Capture detailed client information with precision and accuracy

● Transition work seamlessly to Savanti’s advisory and overnight teams

● Ensure preferences, deadlines, and expectations are clearly documented and communicated

● Follow up post-handoff to confirm execution meets Savanti standards

Group Travel & Urgent Support

● Support group bookings including hotels, air, transfers, rooming lists, and special requests

● Respond calmly and effectively to urgent calls or changes when they arise

● Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining client confidence

Who You Are

● Highly relational and confident, engaging with discerning clients

● Service-driven with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

● Comfortable selling and guiding decisions without pressure

● Clear, polished communicator—written and verbal

● Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

● Collaborative and team-minded, understanding how your role fits into a broader service ecosystem

Requirements

● Significant experience in luxury travel, hospitality, account management, or high-touch client service

● Proven experience working directly with high-end or high-net-worth clients

● Group travel experience strongly preferred

● Strong presentation and client communication skills

● Ability to work the designated PST schedule from anywhere

● Comfort handling urgent situations and time-sensitive client needs

The salary for a Luxury Executive typically ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on location, experience and qualifications. Furthermore, yearly performance bonuses are also available, contingent on the individual achievements and overall contribution to the company's success.
